Replacing an Ibanez SR305 Bridge

Not on the 305 I mentioned. I've seen some Ibby SRs with the location for the bridge routed so the bridge sits slightly countersunk, but the 305 I had wasn't.
Yes...mine is sunk and according to the bridge dimensions the bridge is gonna be 1mm too big...but it was the closest I could find....
1mm is not very much and the Schaller may fit alright. The saddle height may even be ok.
There were some Schaller bridge shims on the 'bay- if I can find 'em, I'll give a link- 4 to a set, I think.
Edit: Shim link- seller had them in gold, etc, also, and for 4 string bridges:

Thanks for that...apparently it's arrived....so will be trying to fit tonight...fingers crossed.
Got it fitted...had to make a shim plate up but all sorted now......no thanks to ibanez.....I sent an email explaining the bridge had failed.....and they said I didn't qualify for a new bridge as I was outside the us......won't be buying ibanez again that's for sure.
Have the same issue w/my 305- but my cracked where the D string sits. Was getting ready to sell it and when I went to put new strings on it, POP went the D string. Been looking for a replacement on Ebay myself. Took it to a local luthier and he said he's seen several with the same issue. I'm still looking for one. H

I have a black one (not black chrome) for an SR605 that I will be putting up for sale either tonight or tomorrow if anyone is interested. Excellent condition, only a couple of months old (so it's a newer one I was told).
It's worth a shot, I sent the info to the email indicated on that post. Free would be great...even if I had to wait a bit. Thanks.
