Resurection of a Warlock

 i'm subscribin'. i grew up a heavy metal kid so i still have a soft spot for a b.c. rich... but would never think of owning one. that is until now. dang.

and let me say, when i saw the pic with the wings cut off i thought... "now why didn't he just give it to me. here he is taking a perfectly good bass and destroying it. it's going to look like trash when he's done with it. idiot." guess i was wrong. :hiding:

absolutely amazing.

that is SO beautiful... where did you get the top wood?

I found that gem while working in a lumber yard when I was 18.

As for your veneer question - look for any place that sells "Rare & Exotic Veneer." That brand is an insanely good value:

$30 for this Walnut 4 piece

and that is a Jazz bass case to give you an idea of size

I am thinking about it ;)

To be honest, I am seriously reconsidering my decision to go with genuine electronics. I have been extremely disappointed with the supplier and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired :(

Sorry to hear that... :hmm:

The Varitone is the only thing I'd worry about losing... the original booster pre was pretty much useless on bass anyway. You can still go passive DM's with S/P switching and an actual bass pre w/EQ.
