Yes you have to put knobs that go up to 11 for it will be louder.
Like Spinal Tap the bass is not going to be like the guitar that no one has ever played / touched ?

Once the lacquer is harder I will sand to a nice blackburst on the sides and back.

Sweet. Blackburst over flame or quilt was a standard finish around the end of the Bernie Jr. era. It should look great. Plus, that's my favorite headstock for the Warlock body.

What are you doing for the inlays? No inlays plus binding will make it look like a Plat Supreme... Large diamonds with binding was standard for the same era as the blackburst. But since you put binding on top of the fretboard, small diamonds might look a lot better...

I just flipped thorugh this and WOW.
Very rare that anyon puts so much into a Rich that looked like yours did.
I love the accented edges on the top woods and by god it loosk like you paid half a million for it.

My only thing is just personal preference...
Maple fretboard.
Never a bad place to put one.

To be honest, I am seriously reconsidering my decision to go with genuine electronics. I have been extremely disappointed with the supplier and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired
