REVERB!

I’m having amazing problems getting my money from Reverb for a bass that was delivered last Friday. They keep questioning my account information, for days.

I bought a bass a few weeks ago in Reverb ; no problem.

Has anyone else had ridiculous problems getting their money from Reverb?

Is this your first sale on Reverb ? That's the only way their questioning your account info would make any sense, even remotely...

Customer service on Reverb has deteriorated significantly since I began doing business there years ago. I suspect they laid off most.of their people. I also believe you will eventually get your money.

They now require DIRECT access to your bank acc via # and password, routing info not good enough. Total BS! I had to open a completely new acc just to get paid. Why would anyone give Reverb their password? Used to just go in my PayPal acc like everybody else.

Too many capable internet hackers for me to want to give any site much more than routing info. Reverb's firewalls are likely good but, hackers hack like UV deteriorates a freshly painted house.
