Did you wire in parallel to the neck pickup? What kind of tone does it give?

You're running it with neck and bridge Barts?

No, I've got an HB-1 in the neck and a Classic Amp bridge pickup (basically a clone of a '70's spec Rick Hi-Gain) with the mute cavity wired such that when in single coil mode it forms a parallel hum canceling pair to the bridge pickup.

Following Ric5's excellent advice, I'm seriously considering the SD Quarter Pounder in the mute.

Should add the extra sparkle, and it's way, way cheaper than the hard-to-find Bart.

FYI, there is an extra twist to this...
Bartolini also did a polyphonic version of the pickup to fit there, the 64H, which is designed to connect to a Roland synth or MIDI converter.
I've yet to try it out...
