I'm looking for a ring modulator under 200 that will work nicely on bass and with some fuzz/synthy distortion pedals. Suggestions?

Damn, that actually tempts me further toward getting a Randy's Revenge someday. The only usable frequency range on my Blue Ringer is between noon and 3 o'clock really. Makes dialing things in a bit difficult at times.
I mean, we are dealing with bass guitars here, not full 8 octave synths.![]()
I don't know the numbers, but it's beyond the realm of human hearing. Literally. I'll try and make a demo next time I'm recording. Can anyone check in Blue Ringer's manual freq range, please?
Haven't used one (yet), but this one always caught my attention and might fit under your budget:

Can someone explain what is a difference between Randy's LPF and Moog's LFO section?
As I understand it, LPF just cuts higher frequencies while LFO is another oscillator that modulates the signal.
