One of the most Prolific Bass Players that ever lived has passed. This Brother was one of my favorite Bass players and vocalist from way way back in the Day. Mike would say it doesn't matter what type of Bass it is, it's about the player on knowing what to play and what not to play.
My Condolences goes out to his family and friends

I am and will always be a huge fan of Michael Henderson. I followed him on Facebook and I know he asked for prayers a few weeks ago. Although it would have been nice if he could have been a bigger star, he was not cheated. He was an incredible bassist and composer. He was a great vocalist and he was a sex symbol back in the day.

His albums were the first to really show me how complex bass lines could work well in Pop music. He was also someone who made me want to play fretless. My one regret as a fan was that I never saw him live. R.I.P. to a great one!:bassist:

I think this was the first song he recorded on fretless. He was sharp a half step.;)
