,but in some instances I think the Paul Grey thread was just people who were stating there opinion thru mere frustrating of addiction and the frustrating part of it for some of us is why,but on the other side of that coin to some it doesn't matter why it's dumb and personal choice..ok,but what struck me was that the people that we idolized on this forum @ TB ( as far as bass players) Jaco , Paul,Mike,and I was told Mark Adams(not so much as taking an overdose but nonetheless related to some type of alleged substance abuse I've not heard any confirmation on this and I hope it not being the case ) passed away under very similar circumstances involving substance abuse so in some way it does affect us because both sides had strong opinions.sad news
I didn't 'discover' AIC until recently, I was impressed with Starr's bass lines.

How could he have played with an aic cover band when he was an original member?
