RIP Peter Shelly

I just read that Peter Shelly just died of a heart attack. Peter cofounded the Buzzcocks and also had a solo career. I remember his big hit, "Homosapien", on the alternative rock station in Boston back in the day. Another classic artist gone to Rock 'n Roll Heaven. RIP brother.

Listened to Buzzcocks a lot in high school. One of the good ones!

BTW, his last name is spelled Shelley.

Loved his '82-83 hit "Telephone Operator." So apparently did Weezer when they did "Hash Pipe." RIP.
