Ritter Basses - Plain Incredible Wood tops !!

They are very pretty if viewed as art but I prefer a cleaner look in my basses plus I can't stand the body shape.

Yeah, personally I couldn't imagine myself playing one (let alone affording one...) becuase they are just...too extravagant. They're beautiful, and the fact that wood like that even exists blows my mind, but the body shape really is a turn off and I'd feel bad even getting my sweat and dead skin cells on it.

Jens does stunning work with beautiful materials - period. But... to me there are basses with far more pleasing shapes, sound as good or better and are cheaper. Some Ritters look like somebody is pretending to play bass with a vase

that's what ritter is all about I recon.
Those woods do look nice me thinks!
