This was so cool ,im glad brad is staying active . i think hes the perfect drummer for bassist ,his parts can be simple but so so memorable .his stuff on evil empire is so chill and clever. you gotta play for the song babay!!!

He does have writing credits, but if you think he's going to make Metallica sound like Suicidal or Infectious, or sound like anything but Met, youre expecting way too much.

That'd pose quite a challenge for Lars to find the funk.

I certainly do NOT want Metallica to attempt funk. But metal songs can be built around bass and still be Metallica.

I will say that the band certainly seems to treat Rob with more respect than they did Jason, and Rob's live tone is pretty awesome.
