This bass is truly one of a kind! Hand crafted by a highly skilled and very talented luthier in Mesa, AZ (USA) by the name of Kevin Butler. Kevin's basses utilize aggressive designs concepts while remaining elegant and tasteful. Kevin’s craftsmanship and attention to detail rival and or surpass that of other high end custom builders such as Alembic, Spector (USA Series), Fodera, etc.,. Kevin's basses are truly unique, one of a kind works of art. These are not mass produced run of the mill bass guitars that you find in your corner music store!

All of Kevin's basses are custom-built-to-order and have an average build time from conception to birth of approximately 5 months. The bass you see here is fully loaded with custom options that make this bass completely stand out in a virtual sea of average, ordinary, off-the-shelf, bass guitars.

This bass was originally fretless (as pictured). However, the builder at Rockhewer Guitars has taken the bass and has converted it to a fretted bass (sorry no pics of it since it has been fretted! I will add fretted pics when I can.)
