Double Bass Roland D-bass 210 for upright

Does anyone have experience using the Roland D-bass 210 for upright? How is the tone? In particular, does it work for slap?

I can't comment on the 2x10 model but I had excellent results using a Roland DB-500 which is a 1x12 150w combo with a piezo tweeter. Quite a loud amp and suitable for BG use too.

Just to bring this back to life. Is the D-Bass 210 actually suitable for upright bass? I want an amp that can also double as a BG amp. any thoughts or experience using this setup?
