Double Bass Roland KC-60 Amp

I'd appreciate some general guidance on combo amps that say they're for keyboards for use with double bass.

I'm looking at a used Roland KC-60 - don't even know if it works yet, is at a rummage sale at the church where I'm organist - and wondering if it might be useful as a general purpose teaching studio amp where I could put keyboard or various kinds of guitar or upright bass with a pickup or electric bass in. I'm currently using a Phil Jones Bass Cub BG-100, which is 2 x 5" speakers. The Roland has a 10" and tweeter, apparently, and it's also apparently 20 years old based on looking up its serial number.

Thanks in advance for your replies.

I have run into several Roland keyboard amps in the wild. All have been reliable and they sound fine with keys. My only negative comment is that the piezo tweeters used convey a lot of hiss, and I usually cut the treble with keys and boost the lows for bass- the low end is definitely lean for performance purposes, but it should work fine for a smaller studio room.

I have played upright through several Peavey and Roland keyboard amps. In general I thought the larger, higher-powered models sounded decent. Not the highest quality tweeter and crossover, which can result in some weirdness in the high mids. IMHO, this is more of a factor for arco than pizz. Pretty much the same problem occurs with the typical woofer + horn bass cab.

KC-60 is on the smallish/low power side. Rated power is 40W and it only has bass and treble controls. I wouldn't expect a lot of headroom or full lows. Most likely it will fart out fairly easily. The manual does not list input impedance.
