You should be. It’s fantastic stuff.

This!

I'm taking the BA12-3 and the MG-800 to a church service tomorrow night. I would take the BA410-3 but I don't the walls to come tumbling down! :smug:

I’ll take #2 in that club!

So would you guys say the Genzler head sounds similar to the Genz-Benz heads?
I’ve got a couple GB Series II 112 cabinets and will eventually get another head to backup my GB 6.2 but want something similar in tone to GB head (and will sound good through the 2 GB 112’s).
I played through a 350 at ABG and Rats 800 at our last bass GTG but I guess that I didn’t pay close enough attention.

I love my Signature SKB 3005, custom SJ5XXX and Lull T5. Country Band went Tango Uniform (Lead Singer currently in final stages :(), now only playing passive 4s in a Hard Rock band. I put chrome Thunderbird electronics in Fender J & P bodies and have been GAS free quite some time. If I did have GAS again, it would be Thunderbird electronics in a Roscoe SKB 4.

Sadly, he died today, a good man, politics aside. Because of protocols, I wasn't able to say goodbye.

Joe,
I had a Couple GB Shuttles and the 800 is similar but so much more…. Girth is an adjective I have heard used to describe the difference. I had a Streamliner and the 800 is quite different. I never had a shuttle max or any of the GBE series.

the 800 is wonderful. It is very full sounding with a ton of tonal option and more power than I ever think I would ever need. What I really like is it’s simplicity- it is so easy to get a great tone…. It doesn’t take the time and work to search for your tone, unlike the Streamliner and Tone Hammer I used to have. Just plug in. A few small changes and your ready to go…. A little adjustment with this amp goes a long way

@Joeykun from the Genzler group may be the best to answer your question

After sliding back into the passive four string love nest again I feel a purge coming on lol. I’m not saying I won’t sell off my Roscoe’s again…. But I’ll never sell them ALL off again. Somethings never change. :)
