IIRC you stated that changing the scale from 35" to 34" required changes to the neck/neck heel/neck pocket/body size, etc...Well, the 35" was a decision taken for a lot of reasons, the biggest being that a 34" just doesn't get a "Roscoe B", and we insist on that. The addition of a 34" option is unlikely, as not only is it not going to have the same quality of tone, but there is more to the production side of it than you would think.
Body depth is 1.5", so you got 1 for 2. If you were an MLB batter, you'd be in the Hall Of Fame with that .500 average!![]()
I was only curious if the addition of the CNC would make this any less labor intensive. I try not to pretend to know everything and I don't believe that a CNC just spits out finished bodies as I know more goes into it than that. I hope I didn't come across as being negative in any way.
Regarding body depth, that's great to hear and the details of these new Classics is very appealing. Another point of inquiry is the nut width. Is the 4-string 1.5" or the slightly wider width you use on your 4-stringers?
