I just got this Century fretless fiver 2 days ago. Ash body, bubinga top, and diamondwood fingerboard. It's mwah city!

I hate to tell you this, but it sounds like something is wrong with your fretless. You can send it to me, and I'll cover the shipping costs, so that I can take look at it. Only I can fix it it, too!
Once you get it back, it will be perfect and you two will make beautiful music together!

I can tell you what the problem is. Someone ground the frets all the way down to the board!
For crying out loud!:D

Right!!! I had that same experience this week with the 48 months interest free financing at Sweetwater. I was so tempted to getting one of those $$$$ basses.

Sometimes I consider myself somewhat lucky that Canadians do not qualify for this type of offer, as well as the 12 month Affirm credit on Reverb. Otherwise, I'd probably be in a lot of trouble. LOL
