Rothko & Frost Fender Decal

Hey folks

Does anyone here have a picture of a Rothko & Frost Fender Jazz Bass decal that's been applied to a headstock? I'm looking to acquire a nice decal for a '64 Jazz Bass and want to make sure buy something I'll be happy with. For reference here's the decal I'm looking to get.

Just piping in here as someone looking to gussy up a custom build-
A brief google search looks fairly promising based on user photos if you haven't checked it out.

Did you ever end up ordering?

If it's a real 64 Fender neck, you could get a decal replacement from Fender. Lots of hoops to jump through, though.
