Rough two weeks

Ouch in spades. Sorry that everything's headed south all at the same time. +1 on not trusting your brother with anything - sounds like he's the type who at the moment is thinking more about himself than anyone else. I've known other people who have had the same problem with kin during bad times like what you're going through. Best wishes, and will keep you in my thoughts...

I couldn't imagine what you're going through. It makes me :(, just don't lose hope.
Your brother, on the other hand, makes me , and I hope for your sake that you are clear minded enough to feel the same way about him.

Holy cow! Man, it doesn't get much worse than that.
You have my deepest sympathies.

You've got to do what it takes to get through this. Your parents would
expect you to. Don't dwell on the loss (negatives). Remember all the
things that your parents gave you (experiences, lessons, education,
guidance) as positives and pass them on to others. That's how you
parents continue to live through you.

Good luck.

of my dad playing for the VA hospital in the 40's and 50's. Also of him playing his 'one armed Harp Guitar". His brother is playing a Tele the pic is between 1950 and 1954.

My brother has been very agreeable and apologetic. I am operating in the hopes that he plays well with others. Greed is a terrible thing.

Some questions exists about what to do with his medals (if they are found), they have been missing for a couple of weeks, no real dollar value. I think they should go in a case with the flag from the coffin. My sister wants them and so does my brother. If they are not found, I will order replacements nd place them in the flag case.

My dad used to give me all sortsa advice about bands, gigs, gear etc.

I hope his Grandaughter gets the '55 Guild F-30 it is not mint, but is playable.

My head is truly spinning and sometimes it feels as if I am watching a movie.

Best of Luck,
Wesley R.

Buried my mom today.

Tomorrow we go through the house and review/agree on what we will fix, replace, clean etc to get a semi decnt price for the house.

The hardwood floor needs sanding and refinishing. I am thinking hire it out or at least get estimates. Everyone has already said that I canshould be the one to do it. i don't mind, but I do not want to wreck the floor.

Many a night a whole band would stay the night after a gig. When I was in Jr. and Sr. High, my mom would make everybody breakfeast.

This post has helped me feel better.

I havene't been able to concentrate fwell for the last couple of days. My wife had someone else drive during the funeral procession.

Best of Luck,
Wesley R.
