Rufus Reid--The Evolving Bassist

Hi,
I wanna buy the Rufus Reid's The Evolving Bassist. But there are tow format: book+cd (The Evolving Bassist Millennium Edition) and DVD video (The Evolving Bassist). Are their content same. if not , what 's the better choice?

I bought my new copy last winter and it was just the book (Lemar sold it to me that way even though the DVD version was out and the same price... last time I'll use them).

I'd say the DVD is the best because you can see how to stand/hold/etc.
