You are quite correct, Bob! It took a few searches, but I found where @WorktheWood did, indeed, report an unbalanced 800 in that other thread. Yet, he compared it to a more balanced 500, seemingly the opposite of Jake's 200/500 comparison that I previously linked.

Interestingly, the handle on the Studio 40 is in exactly the same place as on the Rumble 40. I have a custom made cover for the R40, which fits my Studio 40 exactly.

Yo, Colie! I just happened to find this old similar post about the 200 & 500 handles by @JakobT! Well! I did not remember this, AT ALL! And don't remember hearing of it since. "Things that make you go "Hmmm, ... ... "!

Here's a pic of the 500 and 800 side by side with respective handle placements:

As you can see in the pic, the handle on the 800 is slightly further towards the back, but obviously not enough to compensate for the far lighter neo drivers.

Well the suspense is over! Cab is the exact same size on the 500 and 800 as well as the handle placement!

The original ones are held on by short small screws and kept catching on the back of my SUV so I replaced them with these. Hard plastic and very durable. I'll prolly do that with the 800 as well.

But, ... ... but ... I thought the cover would prevent the corners catching on anything? Do they fit over the metal corners? Gives a retro Rumble V1 look.

The bottom of the cover kind of slides up when I put the amp in the back of my SUV so the bottom corners take the most hits. No problem with the plastic ones. And no I had to pull the metal ones off and I used bigger Spax screws for the plastic corners. The factory screws on the Rumble corners are tiny.
