It seems he just didn't know when to stop. It's a terrible shame but now it seems (to me anyway) that some of you are changing your opinions of the man himself because of this recent information. I think this is wrong. It's true that this does show he was not exactly the same person that we thought him to be, but we still must remember that he was a great man, who influenced our beautiful instrument immensly(definetly mispelled), and changed many of our lives for the better.
