They are both great. Both sound very good. I have a Bass Driver DI & the Sadowsky DI. If I want a vintage tone, I use the BDDI, if I want modern, I go with the Sadowsky.
I usually use both of them. I go with my passive bass directly into the sadowsky. I like it how the Sad fattens up the sound. The VT Bass is at the end of my chain as a kind of Amp/Cab simulator, mostly to improve the distorted sounds.
