Sadowsky Queensland

Just out of interest - anyone know if there are many Sadowsky basses in Queensland? I heard one once a few years ago and I guess as Metros are available in NSW and Vic there would be one or two of those here -
but what about NYC's?

NYC Modern 24-5, she's a few years old now, but she's luvverly.

There is a store here in Toowoomba that can get me a Sadowsky or Lakland if I so wished, but i really think $3500 can be better spent on a locally built custom.

I almost bought your Sad... unfortunately (well maybe not) I found Ricks JO5 to my taste.

It's a pity your taste in beer isn't as good as your taste in basses that said for $3.5 k I agree with panstman, a local custom bass would be the go IMHO,

The NYC's only come directly from Sadowsky. No dealers stock them. You would have to order directly from Roger himself to get a NYC. The Metro's are awesome and both the Metro's and NYC's are well worth the money.
