sadowsky vtc control

    isnt the vtc control the same as just rolling off some treble or is there a difference ?

    I dont know what the VTC does but Sadowsky preamps are boost only , you cant roll off the treble.

    The VTC is a treble roll-off.

    The Vintage Tone Control (VTC) provides the same function as the tone control on a passive P-bass; it can reduce, but cannot increase, high frequencies. The active tone controls, on the other hand, are boost only.
