Just be clear on what a Sadowsky bass is.
In its most common form, a Sadowsky bass is an impeccably built Jazz style bass, made from high quality, resonant tonewoods, loaded with DiMarzo humcancelling pickups and a kick-ass 2 band boost only preamp. It is also a bass where a master builder has gone to the trouble to select highly functional hardware, and to match the components to create a "signature sound" that I've not heard from any other bass. The necks are finished with nitrocellulose, which is very uncommon and feels great. The 5 string basses also have one of the best B string sounds in the business.
Does that sound like what you want? Do you have $2200 you want to spend on a bass? If so, buy a metro. If not, there are lots of other choices out there.
P.S. My Metro has a subtle dead spot that doesn't often bother me at C#. My Lakland skyline does not have any.
