samsamp Bass Driver DI vs programable version

Interested in purchasing the bass driver DI by samsamp, but noticed they have a programable pedal that can save presets. Are these the same pedal, only with the ability to save presets on the programable version? Are the tones the same?

Yes, the tones available are the same.

Also, it's Sansamp, not Samsamp. As in "you can play live, sans your amp."

The BDDI deluxe version has programmable in/out effect loop bypass with 6 presets you can split to two basses.

try one out first, the weird eqing is not to everyone's taste, ie cut bass and treble to boost mids, otherwise it's mid scooped all the time.
