I been to 4 hardware stores today and cant find the right size nut for my SansAmp. And one got any ideas as to where to get one? Black plastic it looks like.

Thats all good but its not 1/4 inch. its 7/16. I can find them in silver but the hight is to tall.Do a Google search for 1/4” plastic jack nuts & you’ll get a bunch of results for sellers of these. There’re plenty available on Reverb for sure.
7/16, 20 tread, 3/16 tall. cant find a black one. Emailed sansamp waiti g for reply..Without knowing the pitch of the threads and whether it's metric or SAE it's a shot in the dark. You can buy some nuts and use trial and error or possibly Tech 21 can tell you what brand and type of jack is used and point you in the right direction.

ill give it a try. but i took the other one off at 2 hardware stores and both said its 7/16.A 1/4 inch jack is 5/16 outside diameter but cataract is correct. If you google 1/4 inch jack plastic nuts you'll find what you need.
