I talked to my guy at Sweetwater couple of days ago...they're getting 11 and I'm #7 for the rack. He said first half to mid June. And I just picked up a VT1 pedal from some guy on Craig because I sold mine awhile ago...and I missed it. Came yesterday, plugged in....don't know why I sold it. When I get the rack that pedal will be on the "never get rid of" list.

I ordered for the first time from Sweetwater yesterday, so it turns out I have a Sweetwater guy now, myself! He said their first shipment of the pedals just came in today, but that there are only ten, and 17 people have preordered. Supposed to get two more shipments in the first week of June.

I backed out on the VT rack...I picked up a SVPCL on Ebay for 3 bills. THAT'S the tone I was looking for. The output is a little low, but the sound is great.

Tech21 does this most everytime they announce a new product at NAMM. It takes them 4-6 months to have it ready for shipment, and then there are back orders as people jump on board. I'm confident they'll get it out but it could take some time.

Just placed one on order today with Sweetwater. My Sweetwater "guy" called me back 15 minutes later and told me that they still haven't received any and expect to receive their first shipment the first part of July.

I don't think I'm too close to the front of the line so I might have to wait a little bit longer.

Side note: I had to change my Sweetwater contact phone number to my cell phone. They were calling my home phone before and leaving messages to confirm every order I placed. It's hard to hide these purchases from my wife when the retailer keeps leaving messages on our voicemail!

Apparently BestBassGear had/has some. They are shipping. Also, apparently the delay was due to a problem with the paint.

Tech 21 facebook page is a good source of info. They were very helpful with questions I asked.
