I did not know that Tech21 was making Deluxe versions of the other character pedals. Why was I not informed!!!

I thought we sent you the memo. The Blonde Deluxe is a limited run same as the Liverpool Deluxe we offered. We don't offer any other Character Series in the Deluxe format at this time (except for the VT Bass Deluxe).

I'm assuming it's a typo on their site that says that the VT DI has an effects loop? That'd be awesome if it did but i'm doubtful.

There is no efx loop on the VT Bass DI, just on the deluxe version.

the new blend knob is cool although i'll just end up cranking it as i intend on using this pedal as a dirty channel in the studio and keeping avalon U5 clean.

Ive solved the blend and DI problem on my regular VT by getting a B7K...... Coming today This pedal does look pretty awesome though. Especially the rackmountable version. Oh sweet sweet bass juice!
