lol, you sound like you're trying hard to convince yourself that i'm a fraud! what do you have to lose,.. sanctity? faith? freedom? this thread is actually an example of why ppl need to be more open-minded. every few decades we use appliances that defy common logic, yet we line up for them because they're user-friendly. 90% of the population has no idea how or why a simple radio works. that same basic radio would've been the result of witchcraft in the past. now we have air craft using "field propulsion" and hardly anyone knows what it is or why it works!
my point is,.. someone laughed at someone who later laughed back.
to address the age-old question... you don't catch something as amazing as Sasquatch. especially in their backyard!:D

You don't have to place a bet at all. But if you wanna make a quick million bucks, just supply some evidence of bigfoot (or any other supernatural thing you happen to believe exists) to the James Randi Educational Foundation.

I just stumbled upon this thread yesterday and I finally read the whole thing. Pretty funny stuff here. I would like to say right up front that I really, really, really want Bigfoot to be real. That would be incredible! However, until there is actual empirical evidence that passes scientific scrutiny (publishing, peer review, repeatability, etc) I just cannot believe in this mythical creature.

I'm also waiting for pacojas to actually describe the creature he saw. He was asked directly a couple of times and deflected the question with vague answers he claimed were descriptive. 6'4", tall and thin, youthful looking, looked like other descriptions, etc. None of this is descriptive. I want details! Is the creature hairy? If so how long, what color, where is the hair thickest, hair on the face, hands, ears? Describe the facial features. What color were the eyes, what shape were the eyes, were they in the same location as humans, flat nose, pointed nose, nostril size, lip size and shape, ear shape and size, head shape, sloping forehead or more human-like. What were the body proportions? Long arms, long legs, hand and foot size. How did the creature move? What kind of gait? If I wanted somebody to believe that I saw a mythical creature, and I was convinced I did, I would be as descriptive as possible.

I'm firmly in the camp of those who think this siting was a byproduct of the pot farms pacojas worked at. Just sayin'

lol,.. i fully understand how you guys feel, but i am only sharing an experience i had on this planet that we claim to know so well. my reality is now much larger than almost every single person on this earth and it feels weird. sort of a blessing and a curse! the public at large is basically in the dark in several areas where facts are not something we need to know. people are taught what's possible. they are taught what to reject and accept. this conditioning is so thorough, it almost made me discount what my eyes & ears witnessed.
perhaps my upbringing has help me defeat the brain-wash and has allowed me to witness even more fantastic events beyond my BF sightings. i also have had to pleasure to converse with highly trained and educated professionals in science and technology that know things that would blow your minds. it's amusing how a novice will doubt things that are supernatural phenomenon without the proper research. on the other hand, a true qualified professional will explore the many reasons why something is or isn't possible.
sorry to rain on your antiquated paradigm, but Sasquatch is NOT a myth! when you realize that humans think they know it all,.. your reality has already expanded!

that's part of the theory of why i saw this creature. remember,.. i was driving away from the event site. i was either manipulated telepathically or my 6th sense when crazy, but i stopped the truck, got out, and walked back to the encounter. you can flame me some more, but i'm from a family of psychics and we see alot of strange events!!! :ninja:

ps: if you are someone who is unaware of human ESP capability,.. you need to catch-up. the goats on our ranch communicate with telepathy quite often,.. very cool to witness in person!:hyper:
