Schecter Demian 4

I was wondering some information about this bass. Anything counts I recently got an offer to trade with my ESP 6 string (he also offered a preamp as well BBE 383) and I would like to get rid of it. Any information on the bass or the fairness of the trade would be valued

saw this at guitar center and fiddled with it for a bit unplugged. i loved the satin black and the bat inlays on the fretboard. mine had good action and felt good. i think it was a bit heavier than other basses im used to though. but i thought at 500 it might be a bit overpriced
