School of Rock - Any instructors here?

Seeking any TB members that are/have been instructors at a School of Rock franchise, to talk about your experience, the good and the not-so.

I am interested as both a future instructor, and perhaps future franchisee.

What perked your interest for teaching at SOR?

What was your recruitment experience?

What did you think of the instruction strategy (group, get on stage quick, etc)?

How was the "hang", other instructors, general managers, owners?

Any positives/negatives with the overall experience?
