Basically the Brian Eastwood one was the original prototype.
Got it. Thanks
I was thinking maybe there was an earlier signature model, but this explains it.

Dumb Question
There are SWB basses by Chowny, but what is this SWB by Brian Eastwood?

That went straight to bookmark! Great price! This is the one I have. It's the most comfortable strap I've ever had, and not a bad price either. I got it specifically for the SWB-1 because it is a little on the heavy side compared to other basses I've had. I don't even feel the weight with it.
I thought going over the top horn was a little weird at first, but it turns out to be kind of a non-issue for me, so that's what I do. Invalid Link Removed

what does it look like
how much does it weigh
Ibanez basses are 3kg.
I have the same problem. But I found the Ibanez SRF700 (which is btw 3,3kg and despite it's 34"), because of its design, as easy playable as my short scale bass.and long scale............short arms, etc....= short scale
