Seach functionality

It seems the search modifiers are not working properly.
Ie. http://www.talkbass.com/forum/search.php?searchid=3503584
It's a search for +mesa +mod in titles only in the amps section. I'm getting results with either/or results.

I tried searching for "tube works" or "real tube" (in quotes) in the effects section and again, get an either/or result.

I'm sorry, due to the high loads that such searches put on the server, a Supporting Membership is required to enable search operators. Otherwise, please use the Google search option on the advanced search page, to use all operators.

As always Paul, you and your site have been more than helpful. I'm sure I've saved more than the annual gold membership fee just in avoiding bad equipment decisions. For that, I figured TB deserved atleast a Gold worthy donation.

While on the subject or searches, I've had a bug going on for a few weeks with the quick search window.
It pops under animated ad banners. Not cool.
When the banned is not animated it doesn't do it.
My cache is clean and I run Firefox 2.0.0.1 .

I forgot to set Flash transparency on that Aguilar banner. It's fixed now and no other banners should cover up the drop-downs...
