Whenever I use Advanced Search to find threads that I have posted in, to check and see if anyone has responded to a post, I get a list of just the threads I have started. I am sure that the drop-down menu is set to search for threads I have posted in, regardless of the ones I have started.
    Thanks

    Oric,

There are two options in that dropdown, no? "Find threads started by user" and "find posts by user". I just chose the latter, put in your name, and I get a lot of threads that you did not start (but posted in)...

That's what I've been doing. It worked before, but now it doesn't.

I'm sorry, but as it works just fine when I put in your name, I'm unable to debug or test this... I've put in several other usernames as well, all with the expected results... I would suggest setting your options to automatically subscribe yourself to threads you post in. (without email notification). Then, just go to My TalkBass to see all of your 'posted in' threads.

That's strange. I will do that.

We ran into this at the help desk as well. When you search for your posts, you have to go to the left hand box under "key words" and select "search entire posts" to get all posts to come up. If you don't, you only get threads started by the person in question.
