In the Federal Gummint they work by Fiscal Years, so here in DC the New Year officially began October 1.To my liberal, PC friends:

I always laughed at Krusty the Klown saying the 'Merry Christmas, Happy Manukkah, Kwazy Kwanza, and a respectful Ramadan' bit. I never even considered adding Tet in there.
