Ok, this is for those of you who primarily use only one amp for all the situations you play in.

If your amp manufacturer didn't exist what amp would you be using instead?

My second choice would be an SVT VR and an 810e.

All of my bass amps but one are USA produced Ampegs and include a B-15-N, B-15R/E, B-100R, SVT-3Pro and SVT-VR. Since they don't make amps in America any more I recently purchased a Genz-Benz Shuttle 6.0 because of my great experience with their cabinets. I would certainly buy more Genz-Benz products unreservedly!

My main rig is a Carvin PB-500 on top of a Carvin 410 cab. The PB-500 has been an awesome head for at least the past 15 years, and has been out of production for probably the last 13 years.

KMD is my back up head.

Ironically, KMD no longer exists either.

I'm using a GK 1001RB. If it didn't exist, I'd probably have a vintage SVT.

Hmmm...

I currently use a GBE-1200 and have never actually gigged anything other than Genz, but if there were no Genz Benz amps I would probably be using GK or a Mesa M6 Carbine.

or a Mesa Titan V12 & Powerhouse 810

I use a DB750 into an S810 or a DB680 into an S810

I like, and have, both Ampeg and Mesa hybrid heads. Depending on the day, I'll call one #1 and the other #2. Any other day, that would be reversed.

Ashdown LG1000. I have two of them. The G-K MB2​-500 is my main amp, but the Carvin BX500 arrived today so this answer is subject to change

I really dig my Eden stuff but if I had to change to something else right now I think I'd head in the direction of Aguliar amps and cabs.
