Seeing Wooten tomorrow!

Tomorrow I get the pleasure to attend a workshop before Victor Wooten's show. Unfortunately the tickets sold like a wild fire, and were gone in a heart beat. But, there is a workshop/clinic before hand that I was able to grab a couple tickets up for five dollars a pop. I plan on bringing $50 cash with me in hopes that someone is going to being selling tickets outside, but regardless, I'm stoked to see him. Also, I'm bringing a jazz pickgaurd and silver sharpie in hopes that I can grab an autograph.

What should I expect?

I went to one of his workshops. It was fantastic. Wooten was a very down to earth and sensible teacher. He didn't appear to be rushed at any time but he didn't have a concert afterwards either. I think he took the time to sign everything and talk to everyone. He had Anthony Wellington and Steve Bailey with him (both of whom were very nice also).

Cool. I saw the wooten band a few months ago in Denver. Very cool show. I can't speak to the clinic, but he seems like a great teacher and cool guy so I'd assume the clinic would be neat as well. Have fun.
