Seeking assistance rough dating a jazz bass

I ran across a craigslist posting this morning for a jazz bass. It is advertised as a 'Fender Squire Jazz Bass.' I didn't give much thought to the squier but decided to check it out anyway. It doesn't seem to be a squier to me but rather a MIA jazz bass. However I would like if someone with much more knowledge than me could take a look at the pictures and possibly tell what era it may be from.

I haven't heard back from the seller so I don't know if he has a serial number or not for me.

(sorry I only have craigslist quality photos at this point)

Definitely not a Fender. That's an Indonesian (Squier) neck with a bogus decal applied. Also the cheap tuners. All they did was add the set of chrome covers. Unless you can get it for $150 max, it's a faker only. Actually, I think it's not even Squier, which have unfinished headstocks at that $ level.
