Sell or worth keeping

Worthless, nobody wants. Because I feel for your predicament I would be willing to haul them away free of charge.
Seriously though, considered big and heavy by today's standards, only someone who didn't care about today's standards of big and heavy, but loved the sound and general awesomeness, would pay anything reasonable for them. A music store is likely to offer something insultingly low, or refuse to buy them but still insult you for owning them. The drivers may bring some money, but still take a while to sell. The EVs have their fans (I am one) but these days lighter, more full range speakers are more popular. They just don't sound like those EVs. Can't speak for the others. Sunn heads also have their fans, but again it might take some time to find a buyer. A store might offer enough to pay for the gas money there and back. Best bet would be Ebay or similar, but then you've got the hassles that come with that.
Me? I'd plug it in and see if I liked it after all this time. I probably would, then I'd find a place for it. But then I've got old rigs in my house and all my band members' houses.

Doesn’t apply to my tools—- when you need a certain tool, you need it.
Some tools I use once ever five years.
I suggest sell them for what ever you can get. Much too heavy. Capacitors are drying out, speaker surrounds as well. Todays neodymium speakers and class D amps offer very good performance and much much easier to transport. I sold my old gear off. A good move.
I'm sure there are some guys that play doom metal and would pick these up. Those folks love heavy and old gear. I'd sell it and move on.
Sell them. You can use the money to pay talkbass for your supporting membership.
If you don't have enough amps and cabinets to the point of being embarrassed, you are good to go. Keep 'em.

A lot of great responses guys! A few notes from me though. I have my smaller gigging rig, (SWR Big Bertha 15, and SVT Pro head) so this equipment just kinda sits. If I wanted to keep one of the speaker cabs just for the loud factor, which speakers are better? The EV's or the Celestions? I do have time to put them for sale somewhere and be patient for a buyer so that's good.
Keep them because they work and are paid for. If the speakers are rotten, then, recone them. Saves you from having to buy something new. If you gig, get help if they're too heavy. Problem solved and money saved.
The EV's are probably the better drivers. But the cabs are really nothing special except for the Marshall name and look. If you were to keep just one, you might consider paralleling the speakers instead of having them in series as they are now. 4-ohm box vs. 16-ohm box.
This is exactly what I was going to say. Plenty of stoner/doom people out there looking for these. Both the cabs and the head.
