So I recently came up with a cool setup for my band. I am running both my bass and a small synth into my SVT-CL. The signals look something like this:
bass>effects>looper (has 2 inputs and outputs)> 0db input
synth>looper>clean boost pedal> -15db input
So basically I figured out how to have both channels at the same volume for each instrument.
But even though it works, is it safe? I know that's not the intended use of the 2 amp inputs (or the stereo looper, for that matter). Looping the bass and synth sound cool together, but will too many layers/inputs put my amp/speakers at risk of being damaged? (I am using a Bergantino 610, btw)
I think it's safe, but I just want to see if anyone can confirm...?
