Setting up 2 Starfire's

SO now I've got 2 Starfires and they are great but I don't know how to set them up, my red one is tuned DGCF and strung with flats so it works in my band and I can use it in the studio with other bands but I have to think a bit more. I'm happy thinking of this as perfect for the bass

The black one is currently strung with rounds and tuned EADG now I could leave it this way or tune it down DGCF or string it with flats and tune it EADG or DGCF and have it as a backup I just don't know.

So I'm wondering what you do Justin since you have 3 of them :D

Thanks

My three are all standard; I just drop strings on the spot as needed. I like low-tuned strings on those basses to be floppy and "mysteriously tuned", to put it in a flattering way. I don't worry too much about the setup on these guys. Just my thing.
