Seymour Duncan Active EQ Pickups Info

I, as well as others, have hunted far and wide for definitive info on these older pickups. I have a couple sets of them but have long since lost the paperwork that came with them that specifically described the effect of the dip switches on them. There is info on the two switch models on the SD website, but the three switch models has remained something of a mystery. While cruising around on EvilBay, I saw someone selling a three switch set with scans of the original paperwork so I grabbed them and am posting them here for posterity. Hope this helps!

Do you still have those original sheets? Is it possible to post higher-resolution scans of the wiring diagrams so as to see the function of each of the three pots?

I just managed to buy back a '63 fretless Fender Jazz with these SD pickups.

Does anyone have info on the 2 switch versions? I have a pair of Js I bought years ago and have no idea of the model number or what the switches do. The 3 switch version earlier gives me an idea, but not sure they work the same.

I found the three-switch info on Reverb, as posted - seems like a good place to search for information. I had the 3 switch pj set decades ago, can’t even remember which bass they were in! They were very fiddle to operate, that I do recall. A decent 3-band preamp had more effect on the tone, but you know how some of us like to fiddle about (points at self)
