Hang in there, ajkula. A number of years ago, I had an infection after a surgery too. Like you say, hell on Earth. Took an already bad situation to the next (and extended) level.

But I got past it. you will too! Hope you're on the upswing now, which, from the fact that you're posting, seems possible.

HALLO, vielleicht kann mir jemand sagen, aus welchem Holz mein 2003 EB 0 Epi ist. Es gab zu der Zeit unterschiedliche Ausagen, manchmal Mahagoni, andermal Linde. Auch beim Hals. Es ist so schrecklich deckend lackiert, und auch das Rot ist zur Hölle. ist er prachtvoll, halt EB.Ivh danke euch.

I had to use Google Translate for that. The specs say that it's a mahogany body and a mahogany neck. Anyway, I doubt it's the same stuff that Gibson uses. It's more likely some related wood species that's available in far east. Sounds fine, looks fine. My Epi has "real mahogany" veneers on the front and back of the body. Yours does not seem to.

Klasse Leonard, ich danke Dir, aber bei Deinem Furnier, ich dachte, der Korpus wäre schon massiv aus Echtholz, ich hatte mal einen Suzuki aus den späten 70igern, der Krieg aus Schichtholz.Bild ist anbei, vielen Grüße

Nein Leon, die Tonabnehmer haben nicht mehr funktioniert habe ihn verkauft als Bastelobjekt.Ich habe genug Bässe, 6 Stück , aber eigentlich kann mannicht genug haben, obwohl ich einer der schlechtesten Bassisten auf dem Planeten bin.

Your EB-0 is solid red and looks like that one in the video. There is sandwich body. Someone likes It and someone not. I had an old Japan made short scale bass with this type of body and It sounded pretty well.
