I absolutely love it. We've effectively outsourced quality music. (and I mean that in a good way) While our kids buy pedals, they practice. hahaha

Esperanza came to mind for me too. I always enjoy learning about amazing humans and talented musicians like this.

Not surprising, because quality improvisation is often taught in India where our classical music is taught counter-intuitively through reading. Plus they have had decades to absorb and expand on jazz concepts - the best fusion musicians have always been people like Trilok Gurtu, Anushka Shankar, John McLaughlin and Zakir Hussein that can walk in multiple worlds.

I'm most intrigued by her band Red Trilogy that has more of a blend of Indian with jazz!

Those few mistakes are the only thing convincing me this girl is in fact a human. Holy crap! I know with fast pieces you absolutely must start slow, but I can't even make out that stuff. Truly amazing, I really hope she can find success.

Why? There will never be a best, and these kind of people inspire me to practice more, harder, and come up with new ways to productively practice. I've never understood why people are like " why do I try " when they see people like this, it should make you try harder.
