The Show Your Shell Pink Basses thread is so old it's mostly Photobucket deadlinks, and checking on

showed nothing, so....

I've not quite got something of my own to show here yet, but this limited edition Pro Jazz took quite a lot of resisting last month:

Is that a rotary switch or blend knob?

It is: Other.

Rather an inelegant but probably temporary solution: on the plate are V V, and out in the woods is T. It's an EMG kit and I wanted to get up and running with minimal effort, so used their solderless connectors.

I love the pickups, but do eventually want bells & whistles like a blend knob, or a Tonestyler, maybe a concentric setup, something snazzy heh.

As someone who doesn’t own any pink guitars, can you please tell me how the Fender pink ages? Does it change color as it gets older? Darker? Lighter? For instance the Fender Olympic White changes (with nitro and poly finishes) to a banana yellow colour the older it gets? What about the pink?
