Shop sent wrong cab

I ordered a used Ampeg PF115 HE from an online shop and they delivered an Ampeg PF115 LF (which is cheaper)
Funny thing is that I was hesitant between LF and HE, and the cab sounds great (I tried It yesterday), and I paid a very good price even for the LF.
But the fact that I chose the HE and they delivered the LF (am I malicious if I think they "mistook" the model with the more expensive one on purpose?) made me so upset that they ruined my joy for a new cab, to the point I'm unsure between keeping it or sending It back even of it sounds great :(
Sorry for the rant thread but I Just want to...

Is there a difference in price? Call them and have them refund the difference and enjoy your new cab.

There is no advantage to having pissed off customers. So they wouldn't do this on purpose.

Some kid in the warehouse made a mistake.
Lighten up. Fate smiled on you and sent you a cheaper cab that you like more. :D

There would have been difference in price if I had bought them new.
But the cab was a used one so they don't have "another" LF to confront the price. I don't think I can ask anything else if not returning the cab, which I am not convinced to because I like it :D
I'm just too pissed off now to enjoy it as it deserves

You could calculate the difference in percent between new ones, and request that much percent off. Suppose they have LF in same condition, this is the difference I would expect.

I used to hesitate when I have something wrong with order, but no more. Be it wrong 4$ pizza or wrong 1000$ item (especially latter) go for it.

If you enjoy the cab make _them_ pissed by rightfully asking refund.

Well, sending a cab is neither cheap nor easy. So is returning one. They clearly are in the wrong when you ordered cab A and received cab B.
So I'd contact them and make clear that while you are upset about the whole thing and have a mind to return the cab for a full refund, you quite like the sound of it and could be persuaded to keep it if the offer was right.

They will not want to spend money on returning the cabinet and make a reasonable offer.

You bought an Ampeg cab from an online ad that was advertised as the HE, but when it arrived you discovered it's the LF. Their ad description was wrong.

Call them and complain, say you want to return the falsely advertised item. They will offer a discount to have you keep it. That's generally what happens. Can't hurt to try.

(I assume they would have to pay return shipping for their mistake)

If you keep the cab, the shop needs to make this right and adjust the price. You need to let them know ASAP. Check that the label on the box does indeed say LF.

When evaluating an LF cab, you really need to test it in a band situation at gig levels. Home testing levels will not reveal the true nature of the cab. You will have a loss of mids with the LF.

All things considered, if you like the LF, enjoy it!

Thanks for the tips!
I tested the cab not at home but at the practice space at loud (very loud) volume, I know It's not "gig level" but it was very high, I tried it with my dummer and we are a duo, so I feel confident the test is trustworthy! :)
IMO paired with the other cab PF210 HE the result is what I hoped for: sounds BIG but punchy

Anyways I spoke with the shop's customers care and they don't offer any "partial" refund unless I decide to send back the cab
And they even wanted me to send It back AT MY EXPENSE until I insisted that it was their error, not me "changing my mind"
Very rude and dishonest behaviour, I'm almost tempted to send it back just to have justice even of I had kept it if it was just for the cab.

That is a bait and switch tactic, not cool!
It's the first time that something like that happens to me, I bought lots of things from private sellers and NEVER had a problem, everything like in the description, always kind, honest people
First time I buy a used item from a SHOP I get this
Maybe I should buy only from bass players

Don't let them know that you like it. They will make an adjustment rather than pay to ship it back to them. If they ask if you could keep it, tell them you are on the fence, that you really wanted the other one.

If you prefer the LF, maybe this was a fortuitous event.

One thing with a used cab, you pray that the original speakers are in there.
