I've played a few Spectors in my day. I liked them but not enough to buy one. The tone was just a little too modern for me.

I like Spectors. As with Sadowsky’s, the boost only preamps are a little counterintuitive for me, but I really love the lightweight models. I really would not mind getting a Spector Pulse and retiring my wonderful, but 11.7lb, Peavey Forum V AX.
