Show me some light basses!

OK; both these come in at about 7.5lbs of killer tone...

You won't really be able to tell how light a bass is by a picture though, eh? So I'll tell you that these two weigh 4 lbs each. ;) Seriously though, they're both around 8lbs. The fretless may be under. Very light considering they're singlecut 35" five-strings.

Just over 7 lbs. -- currently my #1 following a back surgery. It will be a while before my 11 lb. Sadowsky UV70-5 string gets much playing time. :(

about 8lbs. each. Reverend basses are nice and light.

My Steinberger "boat paddle" looks like it should be really light, but it actually weighs 9 lbs. or so. I'm always surprised at how dense the composite material it was made out of is.

BTW, I love that '85 Axstar that FL Knifemaker has. Thumbs up!!
